Distance Learning at TCS
The Children’s School is committed to providing our students intellectual challenge in an environment that is safe and allows them to thrive. In keeping with this commitment, we have transitioned to distance learning. At this time, all on-campus activities are cancelled.
Our distance-learning program includes digital discussions, teacher-generated videos, opportunities for individual support from teachers, and projects that can be completed at home. The methods vary depending on the age of students.
20-21 School Year
The Children’s School has been busy planning for the 2020-2021 school year. TCS will be in a very good position to continue giving our students as normal a school experience as possible when school resumes. We are planning for an in-person, full-day, five-day Prekindergarten – 8th grade program, and an in-person, regular schedule for our Toddler and Preschool programs in the fall. We will also operate a virtual program for children who remain at home. Additionally, TCS has moved the start date of school to Monday, August 31st, adding six days of instruction to the 20-21 school year.
Admissions Office
Our Admissions Office continues to enroll for the 2020-2021 school year and beyond. Contact the TCS Admissions Office to speak with a member of our team, take a virtual campus tour, and learn more about our hands-on curriculum.
