Congratulations to our middle school students who entered the 2020 National History Day competition. Eight TCS students took home awards: USS Midway Living Symbol of Freedom Award – Aasha and Siena Outstanding Projects on American History – Shane Category Winner and San Diego representative to the state competition for Junior Historical Paper – Max R. Most Creative Interpretation of Theme – Carla San Diego County Libraries’ Research Award – Ashley, Lillian and Isa We are, needless to say, very proud of our historians- and of Charlotte and Eugenie for their ability to nurture and support this level of achievement in the context of progressive education.
